Wills:

As part of its general practice of law, the Firm provides its clients with guidance in the preparation of those documents necessary to protect one’s estate, including, but not limited to, the preparation of wills, powers of attorney (both financial and medical), living wills and revocable or irrevocable trusts.

Estates:

The Firm is experienced in administrating estates after the death of a family member, including, but not limited to, assisting the appointed personal representative in filing the appropriate probate documentation with the Orphans’ Court to administer and distribute the assets of the decedent pursuant to the terms of the decedent’s will and the laws of the State of Maryland.
